The first thing that came to mind when thinking about a global logistics corporation was the fact, that this corporation needs to be awake at all times. All over the globe, employees are working nonstop to connect the world‘s people. At any given time things are kept moving.

Transportation hubs, global travellers, the speed at which our clocks are ticking has greatly increased over the last years. Electronic networks connect these processes, bridging timezones and breaking natural rhythms.

To visualize a picture, we watched time-lapse movies showing the swift changes of day and night in merely some minutes. This was the
foundation for our design concept.

We created pneumatic clouds to cover the stand and let them undergo the same colour change than the sky takes in 24 hours. The vastness of the global spanning sky seems a very good landmark for a global
company that connects cultures and people.

The abstract pattern of earth‘s timezones makes up the floor and works in correspondence to the clouds above. The clouds are hanging from
the yellow pylons, which are making up the basic structure of our design. they reach from 4 to 6 meters in height and can work as storage spaces, backoffice and display-walls at once.

The feeling generated leads to an open, friendly space that is embraced by the skys subtle colour change over time. though the clouds are not
moving, the normal air movement inside the hall should make the big pneumatic objects swing soothingly above the heads of customers,
visitors and employees.
